Excellent, as always, Vieri. It looks like you overcame the stability issues as detailed in your blog.
Thank you very much Monika! Yes, I was happy to see the micromovement disappear - although, I had to add over a kg to my kit... there is no free lunch, as they say!

Superb photography Vieri. I don't often see long exposure landscape photography that I like, but your I do. In each of these images I can feel your meditations on the passing of time. They are beautiful.
Thank you very much indeed, glad you enjoyed them! I am especially happy about your comment, since the passing of time and its effect on matter and ultimately on us is what my work is about. Means a lot to me to hear that I was able to pass that on to you!

Thank you very much, I am happy you enjoyed them! It's great to be here, although I am on the road again and I don't think I'll be able to share anything else until late March / early April I am afraid.

Jeez, maybe put some effort in next time. These look like the kind of work anyone could make with a large format camera, a great eye, and a few decades of experience.
Will do, next time, I promise! Thank you very much!

Hi Vieri -- Lovely work as usual. A technical question, why did you choose to stay with a ballhead with the Z1+ instead of going with a geared head with the Arca-Swiss Cube? You certainly aren't looking to follow fast action...
Hi Guido! Thank you very much, happy you enjoyed the work!
About your question, the Cube is a really amazing head (I had one for a few years back in the 2010s) and it definitely allows for super precise camera placement. However, it is much bigger and heavier than the Z1+ (nearly twice as heavy, if I recall), and the Z1+ is supposed to be even more rigid, hence my decision to go for it against the Cube. Hope this makes sense!
Best regards,
Vieri
