We lost a sports photography master this week.
Canon announced that the great Peter Read Miller has passed away.
If anyone here is not familair with his work take a moment to look it up. He was one of the key staff members at Sports Illusrtated when that magazine set the standard for sports photography.
He also has a great YouTube channel with plenty of excxeptional lessons. He was gracious with his time and expertise.

He was nice enough to allow me to mount my Canon film camera on his EF 1200mm F/5.6L for a few minutes before the start of a Raider game at the LA Coliseum back in the 90's. RIP Peter
