The Zf body is available in silver. What about lenses to go with it? I'm thinking of 26/2.8, 50/1.4, etc from Nikon and anything full-frame from Cosina. Are we expected to buy black lenses or stick with the highly constrained selection of silver choices?

I wouldn't expect silver versions from Cosina, at least not with regard to Voigtlander Z-mount lenses, and certainly not from Nikon.
Anyone wanting occasional silver versions would be better off with Cosina's VM-mount lenses.
Otherwise, this will likely remain a niche market, limited to historical vintage lenses or some reissued MF lenses like those from Thypoch or Meyer-Optik Görlitz.

The Zf and Zfc are designed with the FE / FM series styling. Those cameras then in the 70s and 80s, even though offered in both silver and black, did not have silver Nikon lenses.
