ROY is my shorthand reference to ROYGBIV representing the spectrum of color. Getting the full range to occur naturally isn't always in play, BOY is the reference to the colors being reflected ... noting that not all the colors in the sky are being picked up by the rails (AI / AR), but the most blue > orange is. Again, playing on the ROY / BOY as a subset, whereas it sounds like a person from a location (or another person), well ... just because.
