In my opinion, these are as impressive in b&w as they would be in color--perhaps more so. Sometimes color can overtake the other elements in a photograph and become a distraction from the form, detail and texture prevalent in images like these. Great series!

I am very much enjoying these subjects, normally viewed in color, in B&W.
There is no competition for my eyes to see how the colors blend, separate, glow.. don't glow..just pure texture, detail and the tones that accent all this!
Well done IMHO! Especially the dragon fly! But that is not a detraction on any other image here.
