...Canon and Nikon both market camera bodies that are well suited for the professional photographer. In this case we'll define a professional photographer as one that earns 100% of their income from assignments using their pro camera equipment.
As a weekend warrior I can easily say I use roughly less than 5% of my camera's pro functionality. I am not talking about shutter, aperture. Some cameras offer internal focus staking, others offer internal RAW processing, the expansive ISO settings. Its those types of functionality that I am curious about.
How much of those do you use for both video and still photography?
I make a few basic settings and I leave it at that. I am sure a pro photographer is likely more creative and uses those pro settings more than a weekend warrior.
