Just a nit, thinking the color cast on the duck is robbing you of a bit of color brilliance and accuracy, again a nit.
Love the shot, amazing your panning ability, great sharpness at the eye at only 1/420 sec!

Thank you Karl,
This was taken on a cloudy day and thus the light was rather warm. I played with different white balances as I noticed the effect on the ducks colors and found that cloudy was the best choice for the water and I went with that. Then I went in and increased the saturation of the blues an greens to bring out the color on the duck. Possibly two conversions in layers might have gotten me a better duck yet I frequently find doing this can look quite fake so I did not try it.
