It's not exactly a walkable area to begin with. I would love to see more camera shops reestablish themselves in pedestrian traffic spaces. You don't need a ton of square footage for such a small technology. Co-established businesses work great in food service, all of these food malls, etc. It would be nice to see it happen with niche hobbies too.
