First, forgive me if this is not where I should post this topic. I wasn't sure where else it might go.
I've recently purchased a camera here on FM from another user who has well over a decade of experience buying and selling here as well as hundreds of members leaving him positive feedback. Zero neutral or negative feedback. When I received the camera, it seemed to be working totally fine so I packed it in my camera bag. Unfortunately, the second time I tried to turn the camera on, it just wouldn't engage. It still won't turn on and I've tried all kinds of trouble shooting these past few days.
I reached out to the seller and he won't accept a return. He claims nobody on here would accept a return for this.
What are your thoughts and do you have any advice for me in this situation?
What period of time is it from receipt? I would usually give about 3 days or so. If it worked on receipt and then you did not use it for weeks at a time and now it doesn't work, unfortunately that's part of buying AS IS.
