Recently the touring stage production of The Lion King came through Portland Oregon. One of the dancers who I photographed several years ago reached out to set up another portrait session when he knew we would be in the same city at the same time.
Lit using natural light and a reflector.
You always seem to have such a great connection with your models. To my eye you handled the light sweater and darker skin tones perfectly. These are beautiful.

Thank you so much Gary! Sometimes it takes a little bit of masking in Photoshop to really balance the tones, but not much.

All very nice Daniel! I love the lighting and the posing is great! I really like the rendering of the lenses used, care to share what equipment you used? I'd be curious and always love to see the technical aspects along with the creative.
