My short road trip included 4 days in and around Portsmouth NH. A lot of color caught my eye, here is a sampling.
The first photograph was taken in the gardens that are part of Strawberry Banke. The petals reminded me of butterflies.
The second exhibits one of my favorite color combinations, yellow and purple.
The third, roof peaks above shore grasses, early morning near a lagoon.
The fourth, a burst of color outside a bakery (it was close on Sunday - bummer.)
The last, moments before the sun breaks the horizon along the shoreline.
