In several photos his eyes are too dark. I would use at least a reflector to bounce some light into the eyes. The other thing to be aware of is the white T-shirt. Having a bright colored shirt takes the viewer’s eyes away from the subject’s face. Using a cream-colored or similar reduces that. If you want to see how that works, take one of the photos where he’s in his T-shirt and turn it upside down. Notice what your eyes go to first. It’s the T-shirt and not the face.

I like #6 the best overall! #3&4 are very "dapper" but your hat gets lost in the shadows. I would vote for #3 if lighting was more pronounced on your hat.
In the first 2, whatever you are shooting through is leaving the face distorted. The very close up facial profiles are fine but overall, I love men in hats and you carry that off extremely well with a minor light adjustment!
