Supposedly maybe in stock at Samy's online and in store. Going to Freestyle tomorrow for fun and then dropping by Pasadena Samy's as well. Need some fresh film for a friend's wedding.

Is it confirmed that its Proimage? There is also the option that it is the same emulsion as Lomo Colornegative 100..
The main thing about this rebrand is that these films will be sold by Eastman Kodak, not Kodak Alaris. This could result in lower prices or higher margins for Kodak, both of which could be good for film shooters.
Romping Bronco has now tested the Kodacolor 100 against ProImage and thinks they are different films. This suggests Kodacolor 100 is the Lomo 100 film. I don't necessarily trust his tests as one of his cameras wasn't working properly. However, i think it may make sense as it would mean Kodak is supplying two consumer grade films at the 100 and 200 speed. Kodacolor 100 and 200, and ProImage and Gold.

From what I see Lomo 100 is more contrast and color is more punchy than the Kodacolor.
Rarely shoot with 100 unless for landscape, and I prefer Ektar or Proimage.
The AHU films will likely be my favorites but the prices only compete when bulk rolling. From a total value proposition standpoint it would probably look like this:

Has anybody done any tests or comparisons with these vs Proimage/Colorplus yet?
The Dark Room lab did and seems 99.7% confirmed that Kodacolor 100 is Proimage and Kodacolor 200 is Colorplus.
Meanwhile it looks Kodak Eastman will also start selling Gold and Ultramax directly, i.e. not through Kodak Alaris. Something going on behind the scenes with the exclusive distribution contracts.. would be interesting if someone spilled some corporate tea
