My Z600mmf/4TC lens has what appear to be light scratches on the front element - kinda like a haze.
I have attempted to carefully clean but do not want to cause and more potential damage.
This is my most used lens - I usually shoot between f/4 and f/8.
When viewing images I can not detect any imperfections.
Has anyone else had a similar condition and if you sent the lens in for repair could you notice the difference?
I don't plan to sell the lens so not worried if just cosmetic - wondering if a new element will benefit my images.
