ALL non-Sony lenses are limited to 15fps and don't allow for TCs.
If you don't want such limitations, you have to change your system to Nikon or Panasonic.

Sony put the limitation ON all of their camera. You can�t get around it. NO tC

What about adapted EF version if it can be used with a TC? Then the question is the impact on AF with Sigma EF-E adapters...

Absolutely. It's butt ugly. In comparison, the Sigma is a nice looking lens. I got to shoot it and it feels good in the hand and seems lighter than it looks like it would weigh.
