Yes I noticed some facial elements and other that should have told me it was a painting BUT many members here can postprocess their images to have this stunning "sheen", as I call it" and yours displays that.

Had me going to and looked for a bit but figured out by the hands it was an elderly lady.
And a very good painting, that's why I said Painting Paparazzi...
