How manual focus Samyang 14mm f/2.8 ED AS IF UMC lens with AE chip speaks to Canon?

Hello,
I have got a manual focus Samyang 14mm f/2.8 ED AS IF UMC lens, and I was told that it comes with AE Chip (from stock).
However, neither I can see any contacts on the back of the lens nor focus guide is working with my Canon 6d. So my question is, how does the lens with AE chip communicate to the camera? I would assume that via the contacts, but there is none. So, assuming that the contacts are needed, I either need an adapter? or my lens does not have a chip?
Also I understood, that some people install the chip or an adapter with chip and contacts on the lens that will pass to the camera some info about exp and also facilitate the focus guiding via activating the autofocus within the camera. However, I found on the Samyang website that an aperture control motor and CPU chip is installed within 14mm F2.8 ED AS IF UMC Canon AE lens to assist Auto Exposure(AE) for Canon cameras. The aperture can be controlled from camera body thanks to the motor and chip. Also the appropriate focus is guided with indicator light. So, for some lens it is installed by the Samyang within a body (I assumed that for mine as well) but then is somehow needs to tell camera "hello". So, back to the original question. I also assume that adapter is not an option here as the stock version should come out as plug and play.

Hi MintMar, many thanks for the confirmation! So this is how the stock one should look, right? Could you please advice what would be the model/product code for this one (with contacts)?
