Yeah next roll is going to be semi stand, or stand. .
I would avoid full stand since it can cause bromide drag and other issues; I think semi-stand is best. You wouldn't think three agitations at 30 minutes would have much impact but apparently it does. Good luck with that next roll!

Assuming you use the Paterson like I do, do you invert the tank? or swish and flick with the little stick?
For 35mm I invert the tank and that's fine, although as I may have mentioned I only ever develop one roll of 35mm in my two-roll Paterson tank because the amount of Rodinal is small and might not be enough to develop two rolls. The reel with the film goes in the bottom of the tank and I put an empty reel over it to avoid excessive sloshing during the inversions.
For 120, I use the twizzle stick, thanks to a tip from Desmolicious. The reason is to avoid air bells, which were plaguing many of my 120 films when I developed in stand. Inversion produces more bubbles than the twizzle stick. The only trick with the twizzler is that the direction of rotation matters: you want to be turning it against the direction that the film was loaded into the reel, allowing the developer to get inside via the end of the film.
My tank has a rated capacity of 500 mL, but I use 600 mL of developer solution to slightly overfill it; that helps avoid air bells as well since the bubbles form above the top of the reel. With 500 mL the level of solution is only very slightly above the top of the reel and air bells in the film are a lot more likely.
