Oops. Not so fast. I think I messed up the Sony 14/1.8 f stops.
Whew: It's just a typo in one of the titles. Fixed. F stops are correct.
Not fixed (and not going to be fixed) is that I intended to apply my favorite wacky home-brew Velvia preset to all of them, but only applied it to the Nokton 40/1.2 at f/4.0 image. (Title modified so people with good eyes don't get freaked out.)

well, sadly the 'wacky home-brew Velvia preset' invalidates any meaningful information in the images' color and contrast and via them, all other flow on effects. So I hope you like the presets a lot.
Does it reduce your DR to 4-5 stops too? You might need an even wackier graduated neutral density filter for some great black hilltops too. I remember it all, Velvia pushed me out of medium format film.
Not so fast, alright! I'll be careful using your stuff in future. Thanks for the warning, late arrival though it was.

Not to worry: the "Velvia preset" only mucks with the saturation and vibrance.
But yes, real Velvia was pretty wild. I stuck to Provia. I miss Plus-X Pan. Sigh. So far, I haven't been able to persuade TMX-400 to be anywhere near as nice.

Astia for the precious extra stop, and calmer look, less luminescent 'glow in the dark' greens. You don't think saturation affects the image rendering, 3D, appeal? Shouldn't these natty adjuncts be called 'postsets'? lol.
