p.1 #1 · Adobe Camera Raw -- missing lens profiles?
I apologize if this is a basic question.
I use Bridge, Camera Raw, and Photoshop from Adobe. I prefer not to use Lightroom. In Camera Raw, I'm not seeing most of the lens profiles that Adobe claims are available for Sony lenses. I'm specifically looking for the FE 24-105 f/4, so a fairly basic lens. The only troubleshooting tips I'm seeing online say that I need to update Camera Raw, but Creative Cloud is telling me I have the most recent update for Camera Raw.
A brief search online suggests that there's no way to load individual lens profiles.
Can anyone suggest a fix or workaround beyond developing my own profile?
Last answer, first: "Adobe plans to add support for other lenses over time. To request support for a specific lens, go to feedback.photoshop.com."
As you said, "[y]ou can use the Adobe Lens Profile Creator to create your own custom profiles, if no profile exists for your lens." No help to you, but you can share your profile to assist other Sony leans users.
