When I bought into Nikon, I grabbed the 24-120 and 100-400 from them on launch day. When I found that my 100-400 seemed quite soft (outside of what you'd expect), Eugene invited me to swing by and try a few of their other copies that were in stock and swap out for the best one. You don't find that every day.
