Just soy based "sausage." There are several soy based meat alternatives now that are nearly indistinguishable from the real thing. I've seen videos of people doing blind taste tests with fake burgers in which they can't tell the difference.

Yeah, I've had "impossible burgers" and can't really tell a difference, but then who do you compare it to...
Soy sage as they say, probably is eatable to me, on a biscuit with an egg, and "sauce", and the "sauce" is probably masking or adding to the taste experience. But if it is just a bite of a soy sage and a sausage, I'll tell ya which is Jimmy Dean...
