Just down the block from my row of old Fords post (I'll see Dan's Model T....), was this row...
You can only have one. But which one...
Or, would prefer to wait for the oldie Vette images?
I had a 1962 Corvette "Mich" The story behind how I obtained it is another story.
I sort of lost interest in body styles after 1962. I raced mine on a drag strip for about 6 years. I now live a few miles from that drag strip that is slowly rotting away to become a "strip mall".
When we first moved here the drag strip was on its 2nd "life". On Sundays you could here the cars and smell the burning rubber if the wind was right.

As long as it is a convertible the color almost does not matter. While my friends are wearing hats my hair is blowing in the breeze
Darn Frank and you had hair? OL
Mine hard a hard top that came off and a canvass in the rear boot.

Dan, I still have my 74 914 with the Targa top that I purchased in 74, I still have the girl I met in 75 and I recently cut my ponytail. https://www.facebook.com/frank.mcnamara.54/

...You are a "relic" to be sure Frank! I dont have hair and never really did have the thick "locks" most men do/did.
Did you "bag" your "pony" for posterity??
Is the 914 drivable? Dont park it on a deserted street brother!
Stay safe!

Dan, I distinctly recall my "Filly" vowing to "Love, Honor and Obey" in front of the bishop in 1979 and shortly thereafter it became apparent who did the bagging.
There are no empty streets in Queens
Wars have begun over parking spots in Queens, and if you can't drive in reverse you don't stand a chance.
..Amen brother!
You need to get that new car that parks itself like a bluecrab..all 4 wheels turn to park the car.
I don't envy anyone living in NYC and contending over "space".
