p.1 #1 · Nikon FTZ II with Nikon Z7II camera

I purchased this mount so I could use my Tamron 18-400mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD lens. When I take a shot, it errors out and tells me to go to (P) or (A) mode to reset he shutter. It then still errors out. Help Please..

Make sure the lens FW is fully up to date via Tamron's Tap In Console.
