I was fortunate to catch Mom and one of her 2 week old cubs in Botswana. When mom was away-- the cubs are well hidden. When she comes back from a hunt she brings them out to play It was so interesting watching mom pick her little one up and move around.. interact and then watch to make sure no one coming by that might be a threat.

DF Morris and Bob.. Thanks so much for commenting. It was really difficult at times to get an open shot through the brush. As you might expect, mom wants to keep the young one as hidden as possible.
