I got out of the heat and managed a quick trip up the mountain. I found a new trail I hadn't checked out before and I'll be back there for sure. Also stopped off at Windy Point on the way back, but mostly missed the last light of the day. I still managed a few shots there though.

#4: I had a whole other plan for this one with a darker sky and the trees standing out from it, but when I started processing it, the lighter sky with the blend from light to dark in the trunks of the trees just forced a new perspective for me.
