p.1 #1 · Megadap & 100-400mm GM & Auto ISO minimum shutter speed??
Just began using the Megadap ETZ21 PRO+ on a Zr6iii with the 100-400mm GM and already hit a challenge.
On my Sony's I would typically use aperture priority and allow the camera to set the shutter speed based on the focal length. I always set the auto ISO function to use 'faster' shutter speeds. I set the Nikon the same way, setting ISO sensitivity>Minimum shutter speed to 2X. But the Nikon set the shutter to 1/60-second, at any zoom setting, no matter what I do. Does the auto sensitivity feature not get the data from the Megadap? Or what am I doing wrong?
p.1 #2 · Megadap & 100-400mm GM & Auto ISO minimum shutter speed??
Well...I think I figured it out. Looks like you can't have the camera choose the minimum shutter speed based on the lens focal length if you're shooting High+ speeds. Dang.
This means, unless someone can suggest a better alternative, that I have to manually set the ISO (and adjust it as needed) when using pre-capture.
