Douglas..I did NOT post that one but I do have an image of one. There are 3 covered bridges within 10 miles of these mailboxes. 2 of which are within 5 miles or less.

Yes they are built to "take a lickin' and keep on tickin' out here in the "sticks" where a prankish youngster and a "cherry bomb or M80 firecracker" had a bullseye on them both!
