My fav trucks - the first was removed during prep for what locals hoped would be the second coming of Woodstock during the total eclipse (my suspicions anyway). Did not come close to happening although the eclipse did.
Thanks for looking,
Bob
And the all time fav from Heavy's - starting to show her years.
Heavy's truck is hanging in my bathroom Bob!
Thanks!
I painted my walls a light yellow to allow the truck to pop!
Both most excellent compositions!

Great shots Bob, the first one is my favorite for the POV and PP.

Thanks Marcelo!
One for the history books since vehicle is no longer there - maybe a 'revisionist' capture?
And with AI who is to know? :

Good work, Robert, you are "known" by your truck and rugby photos!
Douglas
Thank you Douglas,
Trucks a vanishing breed. We plan to visit Oregon late September, schedule permitting I'll make my pilgrimage to Shaniko. Last time I was quite disappointed in general neglect and vandalism of artifacts. I can only hope the situation has improved.
Rugby gave way to travel ball and HS baseball last year. I may revisit that also, time permitting.

Excellent images, Bob. The sky in the 2nd is exceptional.

Thank you Brent, nothing like the high desert sky. Quite often the sky is cloud free, decorated only by contrails of air traffic heading to/from Portland and Seattle.

Thank you Dan,
Glad you found a fine setting for the truck - gives time for reflection

..Had a bit of the "should I mention BR??" or not..this is fun! So I will add to your remark..After I turn the BR light on..that frame is "thee" first thing I see upon getting up in the morning and thee last thing I usually see when retiring. I have a side wall mirror to the frames right and it, the truck, is also shown in that reflection! (Notice I said "reflection") Double entandre Took me over a year to decide on a paint. I believed I had some "other opinions forwarded upon the new paint choice! Suzanne is much like my mother in some respects..My mom outranked my father so he called her "Chief"...Sort of like the "chain of command" has the last say? "I was a soldier once...and young"!
Thank you SIR!
