I just had one bad experience with the Lexar and have been using other CFeA in Sony. I use Delikins Black CFeB in Nikons/Canons. At least one can use the CFe B cards in both of those, but the XQD is rather archaic now.
The main question is whether the CFe 2.0 cards will be acceptable in the future Sony cameras that can take advantage of CFe 4.0 cards. It's especially an issue with Type A and its measly single PCIe lane.

Do you find they are good in SOny bodies?

The Lexar Gold and Silver 2.0 cards always test well in Sony cameras and I've had no problems with a pair of Silver 320GB cards I bought last year (for about the same price as this B&H deal on the Golds).
As for whether Sony will support the 4.0 speeds in future cameras, the jury's out. It would require a lot more processing power to move files that fast, which means more heat and battery drain, so who knows?!
