When all else fails, maybe its time to ask for directions!!
I'm shooting mainly Hummingbirds, and when I bring in my Raw file, Topaz Photo AI basically starts to auto applied Raw Denoise and then sharpening. This has been causing some funky stuff happening with the background which as already OOF later on in my LrC and PS processing
How can I set up Topaz to not start any processing, let me select the HB, then apply only the Denoise and sharpening to just the bird? Or is there another way I should be doing this?
Make a duplicate layer and process that layer in Topaz Photo like you described and then mask out the background so only the bird is affected. I haven't used Topaz Photo much but isn't there some masking ability in it?
