Thanks Jon! I can see that, but no it is a cement boat ramp at a river put in/take out for launching boats and taking them out. It's on a steep incline leading into the water so the ribbed area helps with tire traction.

Thank you GoodEgg! I was out for a dog walk and did not expect to see anything interesting but always try and bring a camera anyway - and glad I did. Even just to practice photography and hone skills, I think it helps.

Haha I know, I cracked too soon Dan! I’ll try to hold out longer next time before spoiling the riddle! A grill is a good guess though, I definitely see that.
