p.1 #1 · Black patch in M3 photos

Took an old M3 to test a roll of Fuji 400. Many photos had a black/dark patch in the left middle.

Seems like a shutter issue; and they are more prominent in 1/500 or 1/1000s shutter.
Any other explanation other than a broken shutter at high shutter speed ?

Photos were taken with a 50f/2 Thypoch Eureka. That lens has no issue on the M11.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Common issue with M3s I heard from my repair guy - my original M3's shutter broke a few years ago and had to be replaced. I was told that they received already at this time a higher number of M3s with broken shutter. If you purchase one, make sure it comes with a new shutter or lower price with the original one.
