Shooting in manual focus and manual exposure would eliminate any computations for those variables. Disabling all stabilization in camera and lens should remove any lag while gyros do whatever they do.

Depending on the camera (can't remember if this setting is in all Sony's), you can set the camera to release priority. That might reduce shutter lag in certain situations. Search the manual for your camera to see if it has that setting.
I don't know about shutter lag measurements between the different models. Arguably you wouldn't be able to beat cameras with pre capture, if you were willing to use that feature. I would think that would effectively give you negative shutter lag. So I believe that means the a1 II and a9 III.

Which Sony cameras have the least shutter lag? Which have the most?
Finding nothing in writing and going by my gut, the only thing I can think of is turning off anything focus related that would require a "lock" before allowing the shutter to trip, even in manual, though you may now get a higher chance of an out of focus shot, heh. Maybe using AEL or manual exp and maybe half-pressing ahead of the trip would do something too... having a useful E-Shutter would seem to reduce mechanical lag I would think, which would point at the A1II and A9III for maybe being at the top of the low lag game... But I think once you are past those hurdles, it's pretty much at the minimum lag because all the other processing probably takes place afterwards... hopefully someone with more solid info can give you better answers.

The Canon EOS-1D X Mark II is known for having a very low shutter lag, with a default setting of 55 milliseconds. By using the "Shortened Release Lag" custom function, the shutter lag can be reduced to 36 milliseconds. This makes the camera very responsive for capturing fast-action shots.

anti-flicker will delay the shutter to sync with the flickering of the light 8ms at most, time well spent.
I find if I get too aggressive trying to press the shutter quickly I induce some motion in the camera. I've found release priority is pretty fast, only thing that in practice slows it down is if it is struggling to get focus (not in release priority).

OP Thanks for the question, I researched for you and discovered I could reset my 1D IV.
The Canon EOS 1D Mark IV has a reputation for fast performance, including a quick shutter release. Custom Function IV-14 allows users to reduce shutter lag, with a possible reduction of around 20% when set to the fastest release setting. This means the shutter release can be as short as 44ms with a lens at its widest aperture.

when im shooting dancers in the studio and shoot single shots and need to capture the extreme moment i look at the subject and press the shutter button i do not look through the evf or external monitor, some shots i need to set the focus point but since the a7iv the auto focus is very fast and accurate.

I guess turn on EFCS.
Without EFCS you have live view feed from sensor, then mechanical shutter needs to close, then it opens for exposure, then it closes again.
With EFCS you have live view feed from sensor, the sensor is reset electronically, then exposure starts, then mechanical shutter closes. That is most likely faster depending on how long the reset takes.
I have not measured it though.
A7C line has only EFCS, not full mechanical shutter.

Which Sony cameras have the least shutter lag? Which have the most?
Any Bionz X based Sony camera will have the potential for more shutter lag than the Bionz XR ones. This is because the live view pipeline alone has 30ms lag in the X. XR cameras A7Siii and newer should have improved over it. It's one factor among many, but the old processor created a number of limitations.

Also lens aperture should be wide-open or appropriate setting in Menu to Liveview work stopped-down down should be set (live Setting Effect ON). Of course that is depend on particular lens.
