just picked this lens up, not sure what to think of the condition. There's just all these white shavings/dust specs inside the glass. Looks like they're resting on whatever the black ring is.
The photo is overexposed to show the black bit better.
That's Schneideritis. It'll have little to no effect, in its current condition. Its future behaviour will probably be consistent across other copies of the same lens model.
