· What do people mean when they say Fuji ( or other camera ) colors are better.
I think I shall pretend I am color blind...to different colors at different times!
Or just forget about color.
In the end, I just photograph for the joy of it.
But for the professionals, color science seems to be a pre requisite.
I am glad I am one of the simple ones. It is like food, for me. If I like it good. If I don't like, I am still thankful, I have food to eat.
Kind regards.

Professionals are just people who make a living at it.
Like anything else, you will get the best out if it if you understand how it works.
