Hey yall, I know about the E Mount adapter to Nikon Z mount lens adapter, but is there an adapter to mount Z lenses on the Sony FE/E cameras?

No. You cannot adapt Z lenses to any other mount.

Physics. Flange distances. The same exact reasons you can't adapt any other X to Y.

It is possible to adapt most any mount to another. However, the Z lenses have a very short backfocus (16mm register distance) so the image on Sony E (18mm), Canon RF (20mm), L-mount (20mm), etc. cameras generally will not focus to infinity. It is therefore unlikely that companies will commercially develop such adapters.

The Z mount is also much wider than the FE mount.

The rear element of some recent Z mount lenses is nearly as wide as the FE mount itself.

Yes, the Nikon Z and Canon RF&EF are similar in width. But Sony E is puny.
