I swapped the red and blue channels of the RBG IR image. This was done using a Photoshop action I got from LifePixel. This gave a blue/cyan sky with mostly white foliage. I then played with the saturation of each color palate in the hue/saturation layer. Low and behold, some of the white foliage turned back to green as the green slider got closer to 100%. I'm not sure why.

This shows how I did it with the previous image:
