Are the Voigtländer 15/4.5 and the Zeiss Loxia 21/2.8 still the best options for nice sunstars and good flare resistance, or have there popped up anything that can challenge these two lenses?

The Laowa lenses with five aperture blades tend to make distinct sunstar patterns, but you have to be careful with them. If I put enough street lights in any shot with the F-mount 14/4, then the photo would be nothing but huge stars.
