These are really nice, great detail. I noticed a difference DOF om some images, are there different apertures , or did you change your distance to the subject? The eyes are all tack sharp in all the images, but in #3 the feet are sharper as well compared to #1.
Thank you Dave. They are all part of the same burst sequence with no aperture change or anything. So I guess the only explanation I would have is that I was pretty close to the Falcon and so, given the short subject distance at 600mm and at f/4, I had a fairly shallow DoF, and thus any slight movement by me or the bird during the burst may have caused the difference you mention.

Thank you Morris. Yes, similar because they are all part of a single burst. Chose to share a few from the burst because I found the different wing positions interesting…
