Ron, welcome to FM. You have captured a very nice scene and some nice light. IDK what the line is on top right of the frame

Nice light, and I like the line of steps in the sand leading in, but there is another weird artifact line on the right about 1/3 down. Hopefully done in processing and you have an original without these problems.

What is it that you are trying to "bring out"? What caught your attention? What is your intent?

As is, it is a pleasant enough scene, quite ordinary, no different than what anyone would capture if they were walking on the beach, pulled out their cellphone and snapped a picture. Were you trying for something more? If so, what?

The colors on the rocks are wonderful, the horizon is level, footprints are visible, & evidence of high tide offers "leading lines" which are all positives. I'd hope to include many clouds & perhaps a sail boat. Others have mentioned the post-processing issues. I like the photo. Thanks for posting!

There is light and color everywhere. And the brightest area are the rocks on the right... which lead the eye straight out of the frame bypassing the beach.

My suggestions

1) Darken, cool, and (slightly) blur the sandstone rocks and the sky above
2) Slightly warm up and brighten the ocean - the light is coming from there and you and to open that up
3) Reduce the contrast of the ocean and blur the waves in the FG. They eye craves detail and latches onto that before it makes it to the beach
4) Brighten and reduce contrast on the far rocks in the center of the beach. If that is the brightest part the eye will go there naturally which will emphasize the beach
5) My personal preference is for lower saturation. I prefer the composition and the light do the work, not the colors.

Below is a loosely similar comp of mine that has some of these characteristics. Ultimately it is your image and you can pick and choose which of the opinions here to consider
