I have been coming here since we first moved to Maryland from Iowa in 1957. I remember the first time and all it was was a wood plank local produce stop. Lewis Orchards in Beallsville, Maryland, has been in operation since 1888. It is a family-owned farm, currently operated by the fourth generation of the Lewis family. The 197-acre farm has been passed down through the family to its current owners, Robert and Linda Lewis, who took over from Robert's grandmother in 2001.
I was here for fresh picked peaches and Eastern Shore Bi-color sweet corn..maybe a pie or 2..3?..No pies

YUMMY...Nothing like fresh fruit and vegetables this time of the year Dan, especially corn on the cob.
I'll take a pie or three please...
Yes indeed Bill!
I always loved driving from Murphy through Jacksonville left into Harry & David's orchards and stopping for fresh veggies and fruit!
Have a GREAT Independence Day!
