p.1 #1 · Transferring settings from one body to another
On my XT-5 I want to save a file of the compete camera settings to install on another XT-5. On my other camera systems (non Fuji) I can save the settings to the SD card, and then load them into another body, as well as back them up on my computer. I can't find this feature on the Fuji. Any tips?

It’s a major feature sadly lacking on the Fuji line.

I've tried to use the Fuji Acquire app with little or no success vfot over a year. It is a huge pain in the ass and a very crude UI. Now they say to use the Fuji Tether App. Same thing. It will not recognize an attached camera. Their website says to go to Preferences/ Security & Privacy (Mac OS) and change a setting that DOESN'T exist. I'm chatting with them in emails to sort this out. What crap software.

I initially had difficulty with the Fuji Tether app on my M4 Mac Mini Pro,
I discovered that I had to use the REAR USB-C ports, NOT the front ports.
I was then able to save my GFX 100s settings to a file.

I set up a new X-T5 to the same settings I have on the one I already have yesterday. It took almost an hour holding the new body in my hand and looking at the screen on my older one at the same time. It was tedious, but I got it done. Sure wish I could have done it an easier way.

I did that with the settings on my X-H2s. Was glad I backed up my settings on my X-T5 before I sent it in and was able to restore it on the refurbished one they sent me. I now backup my cameras to the x-app just in case
