What's the matter with the B&W work on these Dan? First one isn't too bad. The middle one needs some mid-tome lightening, as it is overall too dark to me...
Great idea for using old train cars. I think your b&w work is consistently very good, as are these. I agree that the second ones needs a bump up in brightness but the first one is spot on. Do you do a curves adjustment just prior to posting? That's usually a good final check.

These are actually motel rooms? Each one with a bathroom? Interesting concept! I'm sure people interested in trains would just love to stay there!
Oh yeah jon! They are beautifully maintained and decorated! The resturaunt is a restored pair of cabooses in a "L" shape!
I need to work on my b&w processing of these!
Thanks!

Well you comments are "what's the matter" Mich! Not in a bad way just reinforcing my not liking my processing of these into B&W.
The color ones I like very much because all the cars are different colors and from many different railroad companies.
Thanks "Mich"!

Truthfully no Brent! I am more a "what's pleasing to my eye" editor. But my eyes are old and my pp skills at a minimum.
I used Nik Silver Efx Pro for my b&w conversions but need to hone my skills there.
Thanks Brent! Appreciate your analysis!
