Interesting thought. The next image in the sequence does not have any reflection. I thought this one showed it was closer to the water with the reflection. I never thought it would distract from the composition. Excellent feedback for me to consider!
I actually thought the wing tip was a very nice addition to the feel of this image
I can go either way for me but you went outside the norm and it worked for me
