A wonderful afternoon photographing the annual Mermaid Parade in Coney Island. My first outting using the Voigtlander 35/2 APO for street. Zone focusing with the new lens took some getting used to, but once I did...it was wonderful. C&C Welcome and encouraged.

Thank you! It was absolutely miserable. I know a few folks that stuck around the entire day...I got in and got out before the heat fully took over. Definitely would have loved to continue shooting, but I felt myself fading quite quickly and it would have been unproductive. Days like that make me look forward to moving back to the west coast next year.
I give you a lot of credit for shooting on a day like yesterday!
