I have the ETZ21 Pro+. The build quality looks good, but I'm not as impressed as some people about AF performances. It works ok with some lenses like my 135mm GM but not so much with others like the 35mm GM. The focus is not always accurate wide open even in AF-S with static subjects.
An example with the single point AF on the tree with two shots using the 35mm GM on the Z6III :
The first shot looks like the focus was on the branch instead of the tree, yet the AF point was on the tree.
So when using the 35mm GM I need to use AF-C in Multi shoot to get at least one shot perfectly focused because of the bad focus accuracy.
And there is another issue with Zeiss Batis FE lenses like the Batis 85mm f1.8, the AF doesn't work at all, I updated to the 2.0 firmware but it doesn't change anything.
