Agree with Marcello "Mich". I love barns and they are NEVER boring. The creek provides a great foreground to show the scale, the depth of the frame.

Thanks all so far for the comments. I like barns too, and trying to get a good view or shot of one is fun, or challenging... I disliked the big ole white door on this one. Red or some other mid-tone would have helped, but I'm not sure they asked my opinion

Rats... See, that is why I need to visit and go out shooting with you, so you can smack me when my old eyes are not agreeing with your old eyes...
That image is far from boring. It's beautifully composed and has excellent tonal quality. The sky is perfect. I think your "old eyes" are working just fine.
