Saw these walking around the town... Not sure what they are, but they are neat and cool, and not cheap. Kids and adults loved looking at the artistic beauty.
Topiary "Mich"?. We have a gardens north of Baltimore(Ladew Gardens) that has acres of these well pruned plant like creatures and statuaries made of plants.
