There's a reddit thread called "Rate my Chives" that features some serious knife skills - far beyond mine. Heck, I can only get packaged chives that usually have a 25% loss rate. Anyway, making steak and baked potatoes tonight, so I thought it would be fun.....

We use a healthy amount on our baked potatoes, but yeah, there's always more then needed, but they don't store well, so I just chop all of them and toss the left overs in scrambled eggs in the morning
